What is needed?
In order to request the Cadastral Plan, you must be a person with title (owner, co-owner, heir etc.) or be in possession of a proxy that can be downloaded from the site by the Inland Revenue by attaching to it an identity document of the delegate and one of the delegate.

What is it?
The Cadastral Plan is a document issued "by the Inland Revenue - Cadastre", which shows the graphical representation of your property on a scale (usually 1: 200) (home, shop, garage, etc.).
In the Plan, some indications are given such as the reference plan of the real estate unit, the destination of the premises (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.), the orientation with respect to the north and the identification data of the applicant.
IMPORTANT: The floor plan is not an evidentiary document, as it is possible to find discrepancies from the graphic representation to the state of the places. This anomaly can derive from different causes, primarily from discrepancies due to internal restructuring where no variation has been presented.
